Tool makers

I had intended my last post to go out today rather than Wednesday but I messed up on the scheduling. So here's an extra bonus post on tool makers.

Here's some of my favourite makers from Home Made Tools.

John Stevenson is a active poster on Homeshopmachinist and he's made a range of simple productivity enhancing tools for your metal shop.



Mike is another metal working and he posted some of his lathe modifications and accessories.



Blacksmith's often make their own tools and Kentucky based FieryFurnace from Iforgeiron has some great ones including punches made from old hammer heads.



For those of you who are into casting, Backyard Casting's Lionel Oliver II should be familiar, here's a range of his furnaces and casting activities.
