As to the titantic QC well as a reterimed construction inspector I would say that in most cases flash will win over in the quality of construction. I don’t like to think of the times I have heard forget about it just make it look good.
David, many thanks for your kind comments. I think the Titanic failures were both technical (metal quality, rivet issues, lack of lifeboats) and procedural (incorrect location reported, radio swamped by passenger messages, questionable evacuation)
