Spool storage
As mentioned in the last post, I’ve got some storage hooks from One Buy UK that I hope to use for mounting my filament spools in the new 3D printer case. I did a test run today to see if they were going to work. I setup a couple hooks on a board using double sided tape and it seems like they will support my spool in the right places. The provided screws are a bit long for my board (they are about 12mm) so I’ll likely use M4 countersunk bolts from the other side with the nuts on the inside and hacksaw / file them to length.
